The Vale offers tranquil and picturesque surroundings, nestling in a quiet and pretty village locale. This hidden gem backs onto open fields, offering an idyllic setting in which to fulfil the dream of a laid back village lifestyle. Yet, there are all the connections and facilities one could wish for, just minutes away.

 

The Vale will consist of 32 houses which will comprise; a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached homes and the conversion of an Oast House into a pair of semi-detached homes.

 

Undertaken with great care, attention to detail and forethought, the design of each property draws upon local inspiration to balance harmoniously with its environment. By using this delightful mix of historic architectural styles, it creates a visually stunning street scene and somewhere that residents are proud to call home.

 

As well as using significant mature landscaping, Millwood also strives to use reclaimed bricks and roof tiles to embellish the traditional architectural design.
